Refund Policy

A 14-day refund window

Because The Life Admin Reset is a digital, printable product that can be downloaded and used immediately, we offer a 14-day refund window from your order date. Within that window, you can request a refund if:

• the files don't work, fail to download, or are corrupted;
• the product is materially not as described on this site; or
• you were charged in error (duplicate order, wrong amount).

Because the files are delivered instantly and can be printed or saved, we may decline refund requests where there is clear evidence the workbook has been substantially downloaded, printed, or used — this is to protect a small independent shop from print-and-refund misuse. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

How to request a refund

Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. The fastest way to request a refund is to:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open your order and select the option to request a refund.

When refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer-protection law.
